Welcome to The “See Ya Later” Foundation
The “See Ya Later” Foundation is a non-profit organization, that began out of the inspiration of a 12 year-old boy who died of cancer. Scott Banke had a zest for life and a courage that motivates the mission of the Foundation which is: Inspiring Youth ~ Encouraging Families. Our organization helped raise the funds to build Scotty’s Playhouse-a huge indoor play structure which is available to the community almost every day of the week for free open playtimes, party reservations, and community events.
Foundation’s 3-part outreach includes:
- Kids Camps: Basketball, Football, Soccer and Fishing Derbies are available for families with minimal or no financial burden. Additional camps in the future. Learn more about our camps here
- Scott Banke Annual Memorial Scholarships: Awards two McMinnville High School Seniors and one high school senior from Amity, Dayton, Newberg and Yamhill-Carlton High Schools for a substantial scholarship for continued education. - Seeds of Hope: Provides resources to families in their time of greatest crisis when a parent or child is stricken with a life-threatening or severe medical crisis by offering a party at Scotty’s Playhouse and many other surprise blessings with no strings attached.
